The Chicago Meat-Up is a full-day, in-person experience hosted by Dr. Robert Kiltz, co-hosted by Dr. Nelson, Medical Director of Kiltz Health. This event brings together leaders in the carnivore, keto, and metabolic-health community for a day of education, inspiration, music, and connection.

Schedule:
- Doors open 9 am
- Musical entertainment starts at 10am
- 11am - 1pm: Sharing Stories of Carnivore healing
- 1pm - 3pm: Lunch at Fogo De Chao (right next door!)
- 3pm - 4pm return to event hall for mingling and group photo
